Great experience so far with Rippling
Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use it for most HR needs: Paystubs, PTO requests, performance reviews/goal setting, benefits information, etc.
Some business problems this solves for us: 1. Organized goal setting. We can set goals and track against them in Rippling, and then when it's time to do performance reviews we have those goals right there to reference. This helps keep all the necessary info in one place. 2. Detailed paystubs. Easy to understand breakdowns of where our money is going (taxes, benefits, etc). This makes it easy for individual employees to answer pay questions they might have by just using the system.

Pros
- Very detailed, transparent paystubs
- Easy to use interface for tracking company holidays and PTO together
- Organized goals section that integrates with the performance review interface
Cons
- The goals can be a bit confusing, with subgoals and parent goals and the way progress is tracked
- Being able to tie in our Empower 401(k) would be a great feature, if it doesn't already exist
- Integrated support with Expensify would also be nice, if it doesn't already exist
- We save time with employee questions by having an easy to understand and detailed HR system
- We keep our performance review process organized, again saving time
- We consolidate a lot of features in a single place, once again saving time (benefits, pay, etc)
Rippling is far more intuitive and detailed, with more features which integrate with each other. UKG Pro was much more barebones with less automation, and so it was harder to find the answers to my questions. Rippling has been extremely smooth, and I don't have to spend much time figuring things out when I need to do something.
