Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

The main purpose of switching to Rippling is how easy it is to update bank details, time in and process payroll. Even accepting changes to incorrect/mistake in attendance. There is also minimal charges. It has been a game changer after Upwork which is highly appreciated by the entire employees at LawnStarter

Pros

  • Real time update of information

Cons

  • No option to clock in/out using phone
  • Website crashes when using tablet - not loading.
  • Less commission than other sites we previously used before that employees didn't appreciate
  • Please have the option to clock in/out using phone as it usually takes long to open my laptop
  • We were able to save up our time to do other tasks as it's easy to process payroll with Rippling
Major game changer as employees love that they could add any bank information with Rippling with less deductions on their pay. There is also an option to switch to a bi-weekly pay which is much more appreciated in my country Philippines. We also receive salary in timely-manner and when I say timely manner, doesn't matter which country salary came from as long as it already Friday on your end you get your salary.

The reason why I give it a 9 rating is because there is still no option to clock in/out using phone which could be really useful and fast enough when you are running late. Other than that, it is the best we had so far and would definitely recommend it to other business who hire employees globally.
The app is very straight to the point whenever logging in. I love that it has its verification process during sign up/sign in as it deals with payroll. It's also easy to navigate on the tools it has and real time update of any changes in information. The best switch we did with crediting employees all over the globe.
