Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

In my organization, I use Rippling primarily for Time & Attendance, Finances, and Performance Reviews. This includes observing hours worked, paystubs, timecards, holiday pay, and tax information. As an hourly employee, Rippling provides a user friendly interface that is essential in breaking down the numbers and information relevant to my job.

Pros

  • Easily accessible information on the Time & Attendance page
  • Personal apps are broken down intuitively
  • Detailed emails are sent conforming how and when I have been paid

Cons

  • AI Bot support chat for when I have questions
  • Having to do a conformation login each time I use different WIFI
  • The ability to link a secondary email for login
  • Positively provides efficiency with important personal finance information
  • Reliable site that doesn't stand in the way with issues during business hours
  • Better and faster compared to previous service
I believe Rippling has a more "up to date" feel to the interface it provides. Paycor also had issues with loading and logging hourly data, where as with Rippling, I have yet to have these issues. In addition, Paycor was under maintenance constantly. This was not ideal as an employee who starts my shift at 5AM daily.
I have never had to contact support directly since any issues I've had with Rippling was easy to figure out on my own.

As I have previously stated, Rippling is very user friendly. Once properly trained, I believe anyone can easily access the information they need with the tabs on the side and the personal apps on the home screen. I believe this has created an overall positive experience, and more positive compared to Paycor.
Once properly trained, I believe the interface is very user friendly and simple to use for diverse backgrounds and ages. I like how my interface shows Time & Attendance immediately after I login. On this page, It is easy to see the amount of hours I have worked and when the pay period ends. Also, Rippling makes it easy to access my pay information and do performance reviews. I would like there to be a AI chat bot for Rippling issues that are frequently asked and more direct. This would allow them to be solved in an efficient manner.
