Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

All of our benefits, payroll, time off making it easy for a one-stop shop for all things HR. Great having everything at your finger tips for things such as scheduling time off, reviewing paychecks, all tax documents, etc. Makes it very easy to find whatever you are looking for when it's all in one place.

Pros

  • Reviewing all benefits (especially FSA balances)
  • being able to readily find and review all paychecks and pay info
  • scheduling PTO

Cons

  • would like to have the ability to log back in via biometrics
  • using the mobile app - upgrades are needed here
  • User Interface could be better/improved
  • Comp plans for sales
  • time off tracking
  • company contribution to benefits
Rippling is all inclusive instead of having to jump from one application to another when tracking personal information where the others are not. We selected Rippling because of this ease of use for the employees plus less integration with other systems for pulling and tracking information, so much easier on IT
I have yet to have the need for contacting support, so this tells me that we made the right choice in selecting Rippling. Even more so, we have had very few support contacts from all of our employees across the globe. Also, has made life much easier for those that have to maintain Rippling

I think that I have answered this previously, but to reemphasize, for me personally this is the biggest benefit and reason for us having Rippling, and to continue using it moving forward. I am hearing the same thing from all our other employees which really is the most important thing for me.
Well suited: scheduling and logging all personal time off. Annual renewal of all benefits and then being able to keep track of where you and your family currently are at with things like FSA balances, healthcare co-pays and deductibles, along with those benefits that aren't used as frequently. Not so well suited: mobile app
