Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is our HR Software. Rippling does more than just HR management. It contains our Paystubs, employee hierarchy, time off, and benefits. The enrollment in benefits was very, very easy compared to other softwares we've used previously. The paystub management is also very nice. The mobile app is also one of the best.

  • Have the pay stub available the day we get paid.
  • More functionality on mobile.
  • Keeps the employees happy.

Very user friendly. Everything is point and click and has large icons.
Rippling seems to be well-suited for the way people want to interact with HR software today. The mobile app is excellent. You can download paystubs easily. Benefit enrollment is elementary. I don't know what they're missing when it comes to HR. Everything seems to be available.
