Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling for payroll and benefits. Rippling is responsible for payroll deposit and storing benefit information through my company. So far, I have loved using the platform because of its ease of use and ability to quickly reference and keep track of all of my paystubs and reference benefit information when needed.

Pros

  • Easy to use.
  • Clean and well designed layout.
  • On time or early pay deposits.

Cons

  • Better ability to remember devices that two 2FA is not required every single time you sign in. Though security-wise it is helpful, it would be nice if the platform could place a device for 15-30 days.
  • N/A -- I am just a user at my company that selected Rippling as its provider.

It is super easy to use! That is one of my favorite things about the platform. I have used other benefits providers through previous employers and struggled to find the needed information. The UX/UI on the site is great!
Coming from previous employers who have used other platforms for payroll and benefits, I think it is easy to recognize how user-friendly Rippling is. I recommend it because it is very easy to navigate, and you can quickly function between different tabs to find whatever you want. The functionality is easy and efficient.
