Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's very simple and easy to use, to keep track of my time off. I can also keep track of where I am in my organization. I can find anyone I work with and what role they have within our organization. It's very easy to look into my benefits and benefits funds I have available in my flex spending account. Also includes my take home pay and all the info on what gets taken out of my check.

Usability

It's easy to use, they took the keep it simple saying to heart. It really makes it easy to find your coworkers and their corresponding roles in our organization. One think I'd like to see improve is to have Rippling send a calendar date to my outlook app, when I submit the request for time off to my supervisor.

Likelihood to Recommend

If I have to ask my supervisor for days off, I can easily add them to my Rippling time off report and it automatically sends an email to my supervisor. Sometimes we get new hires and if I curious about where they fall in our organization I can look them up in the organization chart.
