Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling for direct deposit/payroll, benefits management, and vacation/PTO management

  • Filter options by date for pay history and documents
  • Something other payroll providers offer is the ability to access pay statements 2 days before the deposit, this is not offered in Rippling and could be nice.
  • Rippling made benefits enrollment easy by notifying individuals when open enrollment began.
  • Rippling makes time off management easier to track for team attendance.
  • Resolution to pay discrepancies is also quickly managed in Rippling.

Overall it’s a great product with little to no issues. The app and desktop version are easily accessible and provide almost all of the same features and functionality between the two versions. It’s far more user friendly than other platforms I’ve used with previous companies. It’s also always making improvements!
Rippling is perfect for benefits management and enrollment! The breakdown between my previous benefits package and the new one during open enrollment was perfect. I also really enjoy the fun payday messages I get via email and app notifications. The only issue is I can’t access my documents in the desktop or filter by date for pay statements and documents.
