Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We mainly use Rippling as our internal payroll system. It's also our document hub, onboarding for benefits, which includes our org chart and houses integrations such as HSA/401k.
If the bill fits, we also implement it with clients who need a payroll system. We often do this to limit the payroll's manual nature because Rippling is great with integrations.

I find all of our employees navigate Rippling extremely easily. The same is true for our client's employees. We predominantly use it for payroll and benefits administration, so I can't speak to other features. However, updating and finding information within Rippling is easy. It also acts as a great hub for other external resources.
Rippling is great for a growing, remote company. I think companies that are planning to hire contractors, especially international contractors should consider Rippling. It is on the more expensive side, but the integrations and centrality it can provide your company are really powerful. Rippling also helps companies who need to streamline payroll or HR related business processes to get more time back in their day.
