Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for HR training, benefits, putting in PTO, paystubs etc. It is a place that we keep all administrative items related to our employment. The business problem we address is housing all employment related pieces in one easy-to-access location. Rippling accomplishes all of that with it's user interface and integration with all the benefits partners, HR training programs etc.

Rippling has a much easier interface and usability. I love it way more than Workday and everything (almost everything except benefits) is housed within one platform for easy access. Workday was difficult to navigate and the dropdown menu never had all the options that you need to fill out. It was also complicated to use the PTO request.
They have a chatbot when you request for help and they helped me navigate my pay stubs and my benefits information. It was also used for me to select which benefits I needed to opt in. Very easy to compare insurances and make the final decision with their comparison tables.

Like I said before, it has a very user friendly platform, large icons, and very clear display and labels for me to find what I need. It's very clear and doesn't take my back around and around to find what I need.
It's best used in a corporate setting to disseminate necessary HR training and to make sure all documents are housed for the individual. It is also fantastic for going there to complete training, inputting PTO for approval, access benefits information (but it doesn't have the cards). It would benefit both large and small organizations. I don't think the scale of the company determines its true usefulness.
