Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We run payroll and benefits with Rippling. We also manage FSA/HSA for US-based workers. We needed something user-friendly and that works across mobile and desktop for convenience and efficiency for all the members of our team! We moved from Gusto to Rippling and have been very happy with the change so far.

Pros

  • User-friendliness

  • Clean reporting
  • Easy to configure

Cons

  • Mistake undercharging for an employee HSA led to higher charge six months later
  • Logging in to the app was challenging initially
  • Offer to get paid 2 days in advance or something like this would be nice and match some solutions in the space
  • Much smoother operation than Gusto, leaving time for front-office work
Gusto was severely lacking in terms of FSA/HSA management.
The support is ran by AI which is lacking, it was hard to get an answer and to switch to talking to a human being to get a response

Mobile app and web apps are extremely well designed and built.
Well suited for startups that need an all-in-one solution, or for any small companies in my opinion. The HSA/FSA management was stellar and claim reimbursement very fast, I recommend it for that type of use.
