Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We mainly use Ripping for payroll, requesting time off, store documentation, and complete compliance, especially during onboarding. It also has our profile and other employee data, which shows what organization/department we belong to.

Pros

  • Storing documentation.
  • List of compliance/task needed for onboarding.
  • User friendly interface and very easy to file time off.

Cons

  • I prefer to have the option of hiding some personal information we do not wish to share, like my birthday.
  • I'm not paying for our subscription, but I can say this tool is very useful to our organization.
I personally used Workday in my previous employment, but I am not the one who can choose which software we use. It's my first time using Rippling, and so far, I did not have any issues, and it's very easy to use.

I have not had any issues since I started using it over a year ago, and it's very easy to use.
Though it's good, I believe there is always room for improvement.
