Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use riggling for payroll processing and HR management (specifically time-tracking, PTO accruals, and benefits management). Rippling has helped to ease our payroll processing, which has significantly helped to cut down time on payroll. We also have a multi-state payroll, which adds a lot of complexity, and Rippling's state tax management is also incredibly user-friendly. Their experts are very knowledgeable about state taxes as well.

Paylocity was much higher in price, and their tax management was non-existent, which was not feasible since we have a multi-state payroll.
I have contacted Rippling many times through their portal to submit tickets. They respond in less than an hour or two, and their experts are usually very knowledgeable. However, a lack
of phone line support can be a little frustrating in case of any urgent payroll-related queries since it is very time-sensitive.

It's one of the most user-friendly platforms I have used. All of their dashboards and reports are customizable, making them easy to use. It's also very intuitive, making navigating different screens easy.
For payroll, I would highly recommend Rippling, especially if you have a complicated payroll procedure. We do not have consistent employees since most are part-time, their time entries vary significantly, and each time entry can have different pay rates. We also have a multi-state payroll, which adds complexity as well. For our needs, Rippling was very well-suited and adaptable. Our HR and benefits are not quite as complicated, we offer very standard benefits and time-off. For smaller companies with straightforward payroll, a cheaper alternative might be better.
