Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as our primary Human Resource management system. It's great because it makes it very user-friendly to access information and sends me reminders when I need to complete tasks.

Pros

  • User Interface.
  • Sending well written email reminders.
  • Keep track of my PTO and balances.

Cons

  • A full calendar view for time off.
  • More specific PTO time periods.
  • Make it easier to update personal information.
  • Accuracy of data.
  • Helpful information.
  • Streamlined communication across teams.
Rippling is much better and more user-friendly! It lays things out in a way that's easy for anyone to understand.

This is my favorite feature of the platform. It's easy to use.
It makes sense for companies that use outdated human resource management systems. It's not the best for companies that are very big with an internal system.
