Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Ripping for benefits, clock in, requesting time off. It makes time off requests so much easier; it also allows us to access our benefits much more straightforwardly. It also lets us know when we are paid. It is a convenient one-stop for all things HR, which we did not have before.

Pros

  • Easy accessibility.
  • Flexible.
  • Time saving.

Cons

  • Occasional system outage.
  • Separate the clock button from the take break button.
  • Combine Time off with/ Time and Attendance.
  • I am not management; I do not know.
I have not used any competing products.
I have never needed to call tech support.

It is very easy to use and convenient.
It is well suited for virtually all businesses, regardless of the industry. Rippling is created for any mid-sized businesses. Maybe it is not suited for big companies, but it is perfect for small to mid-sized companies. It is convenient and easy to access. There is no need for employees to ask the manager directly.
