Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for practically everything! Payroll, benefits, expenses, and more. Rippling helps us keep all of our different benefits in one cohesive place.

Pros

  • Org chart to see everyone at our org
  • Payroll to keep track of all my pay stubs
  • Benefits enrollment

Cons

  • The UI is a bit bland, could use some updating
  • I find expensing to be a bit confusing: reports vs expenses? Submitting an expense vs an expense report? It's not clear
  • Save money from having multiple pieces of software. We used to have a ton and we were able to minimize to just Rippling
  • Saves time from having to rely on Google Calendar to keep track of people's PTO
I like how Rippling offers more than one solution so we don't need to use many different pieces of software

Rippling is perfect for centralizing all an organization needs into one place. I love using Rippling to keep track of my team's PTO requests as well as our pay stubs.
