Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to manage all of my payroll and HR related items. It's great that I can access and change everything in one place. On a regular basis I also use Rippling to manage my expense reports and look up colleagues on the HR directory.

Pros

  • The app is easy to use and really functional
  • Expense reports are clean and automated
  • Open Enrollment is super easy to handle

Cons

  • The IT functions around the R Pass can be difficult
  • R Pass alerts are too frequent
  • Consolidating platforms has been a huge time savings
  • I'm able to take care of my open enrollment in a fraction of the time
  • My expense report takes 10 minutes at the end of the month as opposed to over an hour in the past
Simply put, Gusto was a great tool when we were a smaller company. Rippling fits our needs as a growing company with the variety of tools available to us.

Rippling is easy to navigate and the app is reliable. No lag time or loading screens, and everything is clearly labelled and workflows are easy to follow.
I really love the fact that Rippling has consolidated my work related apps. Previously for the same functions I had 4 platforms. The time off feature also list company holidays which is great, and the expense management tool makes sure I don't forget to upload photos of my charges while I'm on the go.
