Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling as a user and an administrator, specifically as a people manager and IT manager. Rippling's breadth of services in one unified platform allows our team to do more with less time between systems. Having a small HR team meant we needed a solution to perform various functions.

Pros

  • AWS SSO Integration works very well.
  • Benefits management.
  • Payroll

Cons

  • Some workflows are counterintuitive.
  • Setup can be complex.
  • Support for contractors.
  • Less time/money spent on HR.
  • Less IT time spent onboarding/managing access to systems.
  • Benefits and payroll integration.

For users and admins, the UX of Rippling is great. It is easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. There are always areas for improvement, but overall, it's great.
Rippling makes sense for organizations that need an easy-to-use, all-in-one solution for many HR and IT functions. It may not work if your structure is incredibly complex or your use cases require specific accommodations. Any technically forward company will appreciate Rippling's ability to integrate its suite of web and mobile interfaces.
