Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling on an everyday basis to log in and to view the break-down of my pay stubs. Additionally, I use it for planning out my future vacations and time off by using the projected time feature in order to make sure I will have the proper allowance at the time of my PTO.

Pros

  • Rippling is very easy to use both on a desktop and mobile version. I don't have a preference between the two because they both go hand-in-hand and are very user-friendly.
  • Rippling makes bring a little joy to each bi-weekly paycheck that I receive by adding a fun animation and phrase.
  • Rippling makes sure to remind me each time to set up the multi-factor authentication to remind me that security is important.

Cons

  • I've loved everything about Rippling so far.
  • I'm not on the director side of Rippling so I have no knowledge about our ROI
It has more features and has a modern look and feel to it, enticing and welcoming users to play around with all the features it offers. It is very clickable with links that make sense to further cure one's curiosity.

Very direct and just uses common sense to take you where you need to go
I believe that the only feature I can see hindering a company is that it doesn't use location services, that being if your companies policies are strict about being in a certain office/location while clocking in, people can be clocking in from elsewhere. Thankfully, my job allows me to work from home occasionally and aren't strict on location so I haven't had a personal issue with this.

I would Conduct Real-World Scenario Testing by Implementing more hands-on testing with real-world use cases across different teams would be critical because real-world testing provides valuable insights into how intuitive the software is, how easily employees can adapt to the system, and how well it supports complex workflows. This testing would help surface any inefficiencies or issues that may not be apparent during demos or feature reviews.
