Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Long-story short...
My company used to have a platform for HR management (it wasn't good). It used to be for clock in and out, and also for day off requests. For payments, we used Payoneer, which provided really good services (I liked more Payoneer than Rippling in this aspect, for it allowed me to send my money to my wife's us account right away. Something Rippling doesn't, but it's a really particular case. Bad for me, lol). Rippling's interface is way better than the other HR management platforms, and it's the best and most optimized that I have ever seen. From the HR's perspective, it was a huge upgrade, optimizing work, and automating it. That's just my first month using it, so I will have to do another review 3 months from now.

Rippling as a whole is so much better, and it is an unique product I never saw before. It really feels like the company can rest when it comes to HR management. It is a relief. Rippling's interface is way better than the other HR management platforms, and it's the best and most optimized that I have ever seen.
