Rippling is much better than ADP. The interface is cleaner, and it integrates with more systems. I also like that Rippling contains more information to help me make my choices but doesn't seem overwhelming. I like that Rippling does all this within one tool. I didn't always trust that ADP was pulling the right information.

Usability

Using Rippling is delightful and simple. It took very little training to understand how to navigate Rippling and find the information I needed. I also found that the information in Rippling was more comprehensive than other tools I'd used in the past. It also seems easy to update Rippling with new information.

I did my annual enrollment of benefits within 15 minutes on Rippling, which laid out my options clearly and allowed me to make choices easily. I also then could check my investments, W2, and time off reporting. In the past, I would have had to go to two or three different systems to do this.
