I use Rippling as a tool to see my pay, my contracts, my tax compliance, and also check my time tracking. One of the business problems that this product addresses is that it helps a user either a local or foreign to the owner's country onboard to their team especially in payroll, and knowing what's on the contract.

It helps them to pay properly and have a good calculation on the things they needed to pay. Rippling is also best when it comes to handling payment to contractors because of its accuracy.
