Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling on a daily basis. The scope and business problems I used most often including bellowing items such as Compensation Management, Health Insurance Administration, Document Management, Electronic Forms, Vacation/Leave Tracking, Payroll Reporting, HR Resources, Single Sign On, Optical Character Recognition, Payroll Document PDF download and Management, and etc.

Pros

  • the compensation website is very clear and organized
  • the payroll document is very clear
  • the vacation schedule is very well displayed

Cons

  • the notification page can be created at more obvious location
  • Company organization can be illustrated somewhere
  • the app icons can also be shown alternatively using list
  • positive 1: clear payroll and compensation doc structure
  • positive 2: clear spend reimbursement system
  • negative 1: it's better if 401k account info can be added
I didn't use other similar products before.
Rippling is the first and the only one product I have used, and so far I do like the it very much. That's the reason I gave it a pretty high score.

Overall, Rippling covers almost all the business items I need. I don't need to log into different websites to deal with various business stuff.
So far so good. I didn't find any big scenarios where they are less appropriate. Only one item brought my attention is that when one of my compensation application has be denied recently and the reason is not clear to me and there is no channel for discussion or argument. The best part I felt is the simple and clear operation web where the input is very straightforward.
