Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Looked for a global HRIS with simple international payroll capabilities. In the beginning, the pairing of an Implementation specialist
as a product guru has made the process very smooth. The actual use of the product is intuitive
and quick reporting features are
through. Support is quick to respond when questions arise and are diligent in
follow up. Employees seem to like the
mobile app and onboarding modules the best!

Upon login, the desktop access is always asking to set up
another sales meeting or look at another product. I have regular meetings with our acct rep and
am pressured enough. I am already a
customer. the pop up should be turned
off.
