Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I utilize Rippling to Manage Employees time and Approve Timecards. Rippling keeps track of the location, the breaks and time off request. It makes it more convenient for me because all the information is there, instead of me having to reach out to each employee regarding missing time. Rippling documents all Employees daily activities as they go about their day. All I need to do is login and approve their time quickly and easy.

Pros

  • Requests an explanation for any timecard changes
  • It notifies you if there is time overlapping
  • It also has a mobile app

Cons

  • I would like to see a little improvement on the timecards approval. It takes a few minutes to show the time was approved, or it sends a few reminders that the timecard has not been approved and it is still pending.
  • Requesting Time off should have the option to enter the Hours you will be taking off and not just the time you will begin the time off and how many hours. It should be from start to end.
  • Companies are likely to attract top talent

  • Traditional ROI calculations often emphasize short-term financial gains, leading to decision-making

They have a really good streamlined HR process
Overall Rippling makes it more efficient for Managers and Supervisors to manage Employees time. I like how it keeps track of all the clock ins and clockouts. Also, I like the way it asks for a reason to enter when you are making changes. It keeps everything organize, in case you need to check on an employees, reason of leave and absences.
