Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I submit PTO days to my manager here. I also track expenses here and upload invoices to make accounting easier for the company. I enroll in medical here. I sign important docs here. And I have rippling installed on my work computer.

Pros

  • The task management UI could be improved > make link appear clickable

It's a good platform to have as an employee. Only thing is, I think the navigation could be smoother. If I am looking for something specific, it happened 2-3x that it took me a significant time to find those. I might be more sensitive to this as a designer, but your UI is a tiny bit on the "retro" side? With all this yellowish gray backgrounds. Clean UI can be nice to manage highly personal stuff.
Good and safe place to sign personal docs. In my opinion, not super easy to navigate if you're looking for something specific, but the platform itself in general is solid.

Rippling Implementation

Setting up permissions was a great part of it. Setting this up for new team members is now a few clicks instead of an afternoon of back-and-forth emails. Rippling understands how much time could be spent troubleshooting permissions and figured out an easy solution to it.
