Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is basically a HR communication platform providing us with the clean and transparent environment between the management and employees providing us with the tracking of the time off requests for both employees and management as well as maintaining the PAR cycles and also company architecture how its designed . Mainly the surveys are confidential which results us with the actual goal finally it was an overall very good bridging platform between management and employees

Pros

  • Provides us feature to automate the time sheets i.e., planning employees time off as well as an approval request will be created at the same time as well as manager can approve it in turn
  • Provides us with the PAR cycle completely employee can write his par review as well it will be headed to the superior for his review
  • Clean and transparent surveys conduction

It was a good platform especially for the IT organizations accordingly to plan and automate the organizations work as already talked about i.e., time off , review cycles , surveys ,organization hierarchy and many more features providing a bridge between the employer and employees resulting in healthy and good work environment .
Assume a scenario in company that I have to plan my leaves but I have to inform my manager in advance as well as there will be a dependency on me as humans it will be confusion of reminding our employer about our time off as well as for employer to maintain a time sheet in this scenario we can simply plan my leave in Rippling and apply it will go under waiting for approval state and a notification will be sent to the manager once my manager approves it by logging in it will be sent to the approved state and I will receive a notification
