Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for a directory of management, work titles of employees, it also manages time correction, hours which are worked, taken off and paid OT including holiday pay. a very nice way of keeping all pay things related in one platform. Also performing management tasks like training objectives. It can also display your health benefits which is great. All in all it's great to have a platform where everything work related can be done. A plus in my book and I highly recommend Amy company to use Rippling.

  • This would be more a question for the owner of the company
  • , but if I had to take a guess with 300+ employees and annual revenue of millions i would say the ROI being at 137% with a NPV of 550K is absolutely great.

It's very easy and adapting platform. I hope to see more as it develops in to the future and hopefully integrated AI, that would be absolutely mind blowing to interact with Rippling.
Rippling is clear and punctual with all things I really enjoyed everything about Rippling. I believe Rippling is growing everyday into the future and becoming more integrated, i would like to see more of an AI like integration of sound and voice maybe a greeting from Rippling and a rundown of all things related to work platform with AI. I would love to talk to Rippling. On a less note and scenarios let button pushing and more voice commands.
