Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Ripping for recruitment, interviewing, hiring, HR management, benefits, time and vacation tracking, and performance review cycles. It's been a wonderful tool that has condensed and streamlined many of our processes. Instead of using multiple tools we are now use one. As a recruiter, the system has revolutionized my process in communicating with candidates.

Pros

  • Integration with other systems (Zoom, Google Calendar, etc.)
  • Ease of use - very intuitive for admins, employees and candidates using the system
  • Support - the chat function makes it easy to get answers to questions

Cons

  • Limited workflows if you don't have an upgraded plan
  • Offer letters are had to edit once sent - not one set intuitive way to do it
  • Candidates who decline offers are auto added to your HR platform
  • Has eliminated the back and forth of scheduling interviews with staff - more time back
  • Ease of communication with candidates - always know where they are in the process
  • We aren't paying for more platforms to manage different aspects of our work

The Rippling platform is extremely intuitive. As an admin it was easy to set up the system for what we needed it to do. As an employee Rippling makes it ease to know what actions need to be taken - with reminders and emails that guide you through the processes.
Recruiting, job posting, application review and interviewing are specific features that are valuable for HR and recruiters. Workplaces with 15 or more people would find the benefits and HR features helpful in the management of employees. We have around 50 employees and it has been extremely helpful to us as an organization.
