Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I used Rippling to request time off for vacation, track my sick days, understand my organizational structure internally, sign updated contracts with my company, contribute my monthly pay to different bank accounts, and more. Using Rippling makes all of these actions so much easier! I can not imagine life without Rippling.

Pros

  • Allow me to request time off or put in sick leave
  • Allow me to sign updated contracts for new commission plans
  • Allow me to manage how I get paid and where the money is routed

Simple user interface with very clear areas of use. It is obvious where an end user needs to be if they are looking to achieve certain goals (like requesting time off or managing their banking information)
Rippling is well suited for time off needs, payment schedule, and organizational structure. There is a lot more in Rippling that I do not use but if it is as user friendly as the areas I use, I am sure it is great.
