Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling for human resources and payroll services within my organization. Rippling simplifies both services into one platform which is very easy to navigate. It also offers a one click option to logon to the companies retirement plan and stores benefit enrollment information for easy employee access. Everything is easily to find right on the dashboard when you log on.

Pros

  • Dashboard with popular "one click" options
  • Integrating benefit enrollment information to easy access
  • Integrating access to the company's 401K right from the Rippling platform

Cons

  • Rippling has been great. There are no features I see that need improved!
  • I'm an employee utilizing Rippling!
Rippling is way better than ADP because of it ease of use. The dashboard makes everything easily accessible on Rippling. The 401k being linked on the dashboard is something ADP also did not have. The Rippling mobile app is also easier to use than was ADP. ADP offered only a limited feature view, where as Rippling offers all features for HR and payroll.

Rippling is very user friendly. Like I said, the dashboard you see at first logon makes everything you want easily accessible.
Rippling is very easy to navigate. It includes all your main personal "apps" on the dashboard when you first log in. It has been very user friendly with that one click option that appears right away. It even offers a one clink link into the 401K right from the dashboard!
