Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling, in my experience has successfully addressed the limitation and in-efficiency of previous applications in the areas of managing personal time offs , and employee time and attendance. It also addressed the limitations surrounding human resource management and tax accounting and deductions. In the aspect of staff onboarding also, rippling has broken a major set back previously experienced.

  • Rippling has enable P.T.O. applications and approvals with ease.
  • Employees can now view their pay stub and see their tax records in details.
  • Rippling has also helped out with benefits management.
  • I am not the business owner, I can however only imagine a positive impact.

with quick books online, the company experiences severe limitations with respect to so little as time and attendance management, since the platform had complex and difficult-to-use interface, requiring users to click through multiple screens to enter timesheet records for each working day, as well as vacation records. It also did not have the capability to handle payroll management.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate Rippling's overall usability a rock solid 10. A number of factors contribute to this rating. They include ease of process, particularly with employee onboarding, payroll management, and time and attendance. Rippling's smooth approval flow process also contributes immensely to this rating.
Rippling, based on my experience over the last few months of use, has proven to be extremely efficient when it comes to time and attendance tracking. I recently applied for a P.T.O, and the approved dates were already grayed off on my timesheet, whereas, with previous applications used by my company, I would have to manually enter P.T.O for each approved date when filling my timesheet for the week.
