Rippling is used to manage employee onboarding, taxation policy setup and joining formalities. It is used in scheduling and tracking leaves, collect all relevant documentation in one place as well as manage the payroll. The pay stubs and details are uploaded on Rippling and made available to employees on demand.

Rippling has an exceptional user interface. The user interface for ZingHR looks old and is clunky and buggy. The employee details sometimes don't load. The taxation information and pay stub details in ZingHR aren't easy to access and ascertain. Also, calculating tax and computing payroll is relatively more difficult. They don't have a good sales plan or tutorials, so even if they have certain capabilities in the platform, those aren't easily communicated to the human resource person using the platform.
