Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

At Kore.ai, we use Rippling for HRM (Human Resource Management). As employees, we log our leaves and refer to documents on Rippling. We also use Rippling for our review cycles. The product is easy to use with very user-friendly user interface. I had not faced any major issues with the product.

Pros

  • All the HR processes are cleanly automated - logging leaves, etc
  • Review cycles are managed smoothly using rippling
  • User-friendly interface

Cons

  • A bit of "reload" problems
  • Easier way for all HR processes

As I mentioned, it has got a lot of HRM featres. All the HR processes like logging leaves, filling forms, and review cycles are streamlined and we get additional time to focus on what is important.
Rippling is best suited for all the HR processes like - logging leaves, accessing HR related documents, the year end review cycles. We also use Rippling to view the hierarchy of the company and find people of different teams to solve issues. Rippling was never less appropriate. We used it for what we had to use it.
