Rippling takes the pain out of managing HR
Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling to centralize our HR platform. Our organization primarily uses Rippling to manage Benefits, Pay, Performance, PTO, and HR documentation tracking. The main issue Rippling addresses is organizing multiple HR platforms into one central, easy to use tool. Previously, we had a variety of different platforms we were using to manage our HR applications - requiring multiple accounts and logins. Rippling allows us to consolidate all of these various applications into one portal, saving time and money.
Pros
- Accessing paystubs and statements is very easy to use in Rippling
- Rippling takes the difficulty out of tracking PTO - whether it is holiday, vacation, or maternity/paternity leave
- Several other Performance Review applications are disorganized and frustrating to use. Rippling does a great job to overcome these difficulties by properly outlining the functionality of the tool
Cons
- The Company Organization chart could use an overhaul. The chart can sometimes be difficult to view as it is tricky to navigate on the app
- It would be great to see if Rippling had more usage of a Company calendar. We put on multiple events each year, but these are tracked in a separate platform
- It would be great if we could use Rippling to help manage contractors/sub-contractors. Currently, it seems Rippling is more geared towards full-time employees. But being able to manage a database of contract hires would be extremely helpful
- Rippling has created one unified platform for tracking our most critical HR tools - This leads to savings of both cost and time to our employees
- Rippling has reduced the headaches of managing HR. The ability to easily request time off, view pay statements, and access performance reviews has shifted our users' view of HR in a more positive light
- Rippling has made managing over 300+ employees seem like we are managing only a handful!
Rippling gives us more bang for our buck and is much simpler to use than ADP. ADP was not as organized as Rippling was, and felt like we were using multiple platforms even though the objective of the tool is to standardize everything under one roof. ADP was also very limited in its ability to manage important features - such as performance and time off. These issues have been resolved under Rippling, while helping to cut costs.
