Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use ripping every day to track my scheduled work hours, do requests for pay time off vacation time life insurance it literally meets all my needs. It addresses my timekeeping, and breaks and allows me to keep track of my benefits and paid time off, schedule requests and not have to bother anyone to ask for time off- it’s a great tool.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Keeping track of hours worked like clocking in and out.
Having an amazing interface where you can track all your benefits
Paid time off request and leave requests

Cons

Not much maybe when you hit the clock-out button by mistake if you’re able to exit out of it without actually clocking out in case it was a mistake and you meant to go on break.
Maybe being able to stay logged in longer without verification authorization password?
I’m trying to think of things, but I can’t think of much because the app is great.

I just like ripping better than any other products I’ve used before because it’s just easier to use and works better

I’ve never had a problem getting in touch with someone. To be honest with you I never even had to get in touch with someone except for one time and they got back to me very soon. i’ve never had a problem Where I couldn’t get help with a need For support.

Usability

it’s so easy to use everything’s laid out for you. It makes human resources tasks so much easier and it’s so easy to keep track of your hours to request time off. The interface is so easy to use, but so valuable it’s a top notch Service I would recommend for any business with more than 50 employees

Likelihood to Recommend

Ripping is great for remote workers and companies that are larger where you need to keep track of a lot of data in one interface I wouldn’t recommend it for a small business with like three workers, but definitely for larger companies and middle-sized companies, especially remote workers or workers that work out in the field instead of in the office.
