We use Rippling as an HR management tool to manage employee data, onboarding, and compensation processes. It solves almost all business challenges such as automating repetitive tasks, ensuring compliance, and centralizing workforce data. Its integration are so seamless that we can build customizable workflows to efficiently manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, saving time and reducing errors.

- Hard to figure out, so far I have not faced any difficulty in understanding the product, its so easy to use that even a non experienced person can use the product.
- Positive is that setting up Rippling as HR management tool is so easy that you don't need hefty experience to set it up, this helps when you are a early stage startup and you dont have big teams of HR.
- Negative, is hard to tell as I haven't figured out anything that had frustate me.
I haven't used any other apart from Rippling and doesn't wish to use any in future as well.
