Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

The company I work for uses Rippling as a human resources platform for logging time and attendance, as well as accessing pay stubs, and understanding health and medical benefits. This site makes for a seamless, one step resource for all HR needs. It is effective and easy to use as well.

Pros

  • Ease of use of the site, intuitive
  • Explanation of benefits
  • Logging attendance, ability to copy over time cards from previous days

Cons

  • Could allow for a consistent schedule to make logging each week easier, integrating a "scheduled work hours" into time slots
  • sometimes when completing an assigned task/policy procedure, the homepage does not refresh and it tells me I still have something due/overdue
  • continue with the breakdown of taxes on the pay stubs - this is incredibly helpful

In my case, this site is exceptional for my position. As an hourly employee that works a consistent schedule, I do dislike that i need to enter in specific hours every single pay period rather than being able to copy over or select the times that I work. Using this site to access my benefits has really allowed me to take charge and advantage of everything my company has to offer me.
