Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use the applicant tracking, payroll, benefits, time off/sick leave, HR functions and training. It has streamlined processes, policies and employee tracking. It helps us organize so many factors, making running a small business easier. We can spend more time on expansion vs maintenance.

Pros

  • I love the applicant tracking for hiring.
  • Payroll is easy and I don't have to worry about deductions being accurate.
  • I can customize beneftis.

Cons

  • Some of the policies/benefits are confusing to set up.
  • Great ROI. Has freed up a lot of time.
They are very kind, patient and knowledgeable.

It's easy to navigate, it gives good prompts.
They help stay on top of state regulations, deduction etc. The applicant tracking has been helpful. We have had applicants apply multiple times and it allows us to track notes, outcomes etc. We did test the time clock feature and did not find that as useful.
