Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My organization uses Rippling as a platform to keep track of hours and paid time. We also use it for online trainings. The organization is an after school program for low income families and so there is about 15 part time employees that work for the company. Rippling allows all employees to keep track of hours and note what they are for so they can be paid accordingly.

Usability

Really easy to use and has a lot of resources if things are confusing. There is lots of video training that explain all of the different unique and helpful settings and different platforms that Rippling has to offer within the website. Also the app is super easy to use!

It is very well suited for tracking hours for part time employees. It migjt be more difficult to use if you are clocking in and clocking out instead of just inputting hours after.
