Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used for Human resources management, payroll, taxes and benefits. My organization moved to Rippling about 2 years ago and it has streamlined many aspects of my remote work. As an end user, I use Rippling to see and manage my pay, time off, taxes and benefits. I can easily see how much I was paid, get tax forms and know how much time off I have accrued.

Cons

  • Rippling could be more user friendly.
  • Some features are hard to find.
  • Two step verification is a pain.
Again from an End user point of view, Rippling has been great to use. Although i have not had to get support from Rippling, my Human resources Manager can help my use Rippling or figure out what I need. To me that means that she knows the program well or can easily get help from your customer support.

Rippling is easy to use and employees can easily get into the program and use it effectively. Employees can Rippling to see and manage their pay, time off, taxes and benefits. An employee can easily see how much they were paid, get tax forms and know how much time off they have.
Rippling is excellent for remote workers. We can all of our important data like pay, taxes and time off. I can look at my account at any time and see how much time off i have and then use it as needed. As I have not use Rippling in a in-person job, I'm noy sure how different it might be for that situation.
