My Rippling Experience
Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use it for onboarding new hires and as the source of truth for all employee data. Including employee job titles, location etc. It's our HRIS system. We also use it for automated flows that notify certain users and keeps them up to date throughout the onboarding process for every new hire.

We would love to transfer from our Power Automate Platform for salary increase approvals into Rippling. I think Rippling is better as it does not an expiration date for any approval flows like Power Automate does (30 days). It's also a great platform to consolidate everything an employee does/needs in one system.
