Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use it for onboarding new hires and as the source of truth for all employee data. Including employee job titles, location etc. It's our HRIS system. We also use it for automated flows that notify certain users and keeps them up to date throughout the onboarding process for every new hire.

  • keeps us compliant with needed trainings
We would love to transfer from our Power Automate Platform for salary increase approvals into Rippling. I think Rippling is better as it does not an expiration date for any approval flows like Power Automate does (30 days). It's also a great platform to consolidate everything an employee does/needs in one system.

It's great. It's easy to use for any skill level in our organization and it provides one place/system for employees to manage everything they need regarding their employment. It's fast and reliable. Have had great experience with it's training modules and is a great place to store employee documents.
Very well suited for training users. It's great for keeping documents organized. It's great that it's a one-stop shop for employee data and manage direct reports. It's very simple and straight-forward to use. It's very reliable as it's up-time is amazing. Though limited with Teams integration, it's great that it can integrate with an IDP.
