Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use it as HR software, employee punch in system, time card, PTO’s, benefits management, payroll and more.

Pros

Cons

  • Time card approvals should be easier. Instead of having to approve each person individually, there should be easier way with just a click !
  • Somehow is hard to add missing punches from employees. Why do i have to select everything twice ? First i enter them, then i have to apply what i entered…
  • There should be calendar for all RTOs for easier management
  • Efficiency - Helps maintain low cost, because fewer HR’s are needed
  • Time savings - Everything in one app helps us to go trough task faster
  • Easy to navigate by employees, they can manager almost everything themselves. Which saves us numerous hours in explanations and onboarding’s.
Easier to navigate and operate. Interface is more clean and modern. Paycom is full of options and menus everywhere, which makes it harder to operate. Also app integration with Rippling is so much easier.
They answer every request, and always strive towards not only their success, but ours too.

It is very easily to operate, but sometimes there is over complicated options which need revision.
Direct deposit, every employee can do it by himself and it can manage his paycheck where to go, like multiple deposit accounts.
Benefits are integrated, when is time for open enrollment, it is easy to make selection.
