I use Rippling to efficiently track my working hours and ensure accurate timekeeping. It also helps streamline my onboarding process and manage payroll seamlessly. It also allows me to distribute my payroll across multiple bank accounts, giving me flexibility in managing my finances. Rippling also allows employees to request for time off and manage it efficiently.

I would recommend Rippling if asked by a colleague as it is really effective when time tracking working hours and managing payroll. It's very convenient to use as it has a mobile app where you can track it anytime you want. All information saved on Rippling is secured as it includes multi-factor authentication through an authenticator app to protect employee accounts and sensitive data.
