Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Our company uses Rippling as our HR headquarters and with that I use it for various purposes: approving timecards and expenses, tracking employee responsibilities and department, manage my benefits and tax withholdings, and as a communication device with our HR director.

Pros

Cons

  • The dashboard is a bit confusing - the interface is not clear and a bit clunky to find what you need
  • It has forced technologically deficient employees to be pulled into the current culture
  • It has focused some of the energy and issues into one site for employees to access
  • It has given our HR the ability to more smoothly communicate plans and execute changes.

Rippling covers all bases. Nextep was amateur
I would love to see more things developed in this system in order to better serve but as is in comparison to others on the market I believe it is the best thing going.

Some less tech savvy individuals have issues finding things in the interface.
My knowledge and experience with this type of software is limited but enough to know that Rippling with the appropriate working knowledge is as good if not better than its competitors.

I had an intern this semester and the ability to both track and approve her hours was not only easy but key for me to keep track of an employee that I did not interact with on most days.
