Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use a few different tools, so it’s helpful to have everything in one place. I use Rippling for all things HR related things such as payroll, benefits, time off requests, review cycles, and recruiting.

Pros

  • Interface is simple and easy to navigate
  • Logging in is fast and secure
  • Integrates well with other platforms, and it’s easy to jump between tools without having to log in again or search for links

Cons

  • The help section was not the easiest to navigate at first
  • I recall a time were I really wanted to speak with a human for support, but didn’t have that option right away
  • Rippling saved me time by keeping everything in one place. Having easy access to the tools and information I need so I spend less time searching through different systems and more time getting work done.

The interface is simple and easy to navigate.
Rippling is great when it comes to accessing benefits and submitting claims. This is my favorite feature, and it works better than other software I’ve used in the past.
