Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Best HRMS App which has all things in one place like ITAM, IAM, HRMS, Performance management, Benefits and payroll management. It is very easy to use and Usability is best. The User Experience is a major plus of Rippling than its competitors. SSO Functionality is optimized with existing Identity provider, like microsoft, slack, google.

Cost effectiveness is one key that helped us to improvise the company. And all features in a single application URL is best for end users. it may be of different modules but for end users as one is a plus. where onboarding and managing users are tough when company grows year by year
