Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used as the global employee portal. Employees are paid through Rippling, request time off, onboard and receive milage or purchase reimbursements.

Pros

  • Time off notifications, balances and approvals
  • Milage reimbursement
  • Housing employee profiles

Cons

  • Notification for pay (usually .5 to one day behind the bank)
  • removing managers notifications (I still receive after I approve)
  • Hiding profile information from certain employees
  • More avenues to manage and support staff
  • Less expensive than other portals
  • Ease of use and understanding
Easier to use, less expensive and more applications
Only the HR Director communicates with Rippling but she reports positive communication flow
