Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling to centralize all of our non-profit's various benefit products---from health insurance and HSA accounts to life insurance and time-off.

Pros

  • Ease of Navigation
  • Easy Account Setup
  • Clear Communication

Cons

  • There was no easy-to-find guidance offered for how to get a reimbursement from your HSA.
  • Employees have more time to focus on their work, which is great.
  • Employees have more confidence in what their benefits are, which leads to more productivity.
  • For our HR manager, there are fewer questions he has to answer, as employees can now find the answers themselves.
Rippling's site is just way better and it's easier to find what you need. ADP tended to have too many places where information was hidden away, and it provided too much extraneous information. Rippling is very spare and basic, but that's good.

The HSA-related problem I had (of not being able to easily locate how to make a reimbursement) was really a minor thing. I eventually found it and the process was easy. Overall, the usability is great and very quick and simple.
Only reason I didn't mark it a 10 was the issue with finding an explanation when I searched for it for how to request an HSA reimbursement. I found all sorts of other topics, but not the simplest and most common one: needing an HSA reimbursement.
