More cost effective, more inclusive and nicer user interface. Allows past employees to access documents which saved HR TIME
It’s usually easy to reach someone but you have to start with a chat which can sometimes be difficult to use but for the most part handles shout 85% of the questions

Overall very happy with Rippling. Only downside is they are always wanting to upsell you and that can be frustrating when you first start out and don’t understand that you need to ask explicit questions about what each upgrade will actually give you. For example you may be access to the more advanced workflows with an upgrade but you will be limited to how many you will get.
Ever expanding their offerings and receptive to customer feedback. Multiple modules allow you to consolidate all software into one platform.
